You can make a complaint about the quality of care or services provided by a drug or alcohol rehabilitation program located in New York State. The State will investigate complaints that cannot be resolved directly by the drug or alcohol rehab facility.
If you have concerns about your drug or alcohol rehabilitation program, talk with your counselor. Most problems can and should be resolved with your counselor. If your counselor cannot help, speak to a supervisor or the program director.
