On June 18th, 2020 the United States Supreme Court ruled in favor of "Dreamers", finding that the termination of DACA was not lawful. The DACA program provides eligible undocumented immigrants with temporary protection from deportation and access to work authorization.
This decision means that the DACA program will continue. If you had DACA, you may be eligible to renew. If you believe you are DACA eligible but never previously applied, you may be eligible to file a first-time application.
