If you resolve your judgments through payment or hearings online or the mobile app, you'll be able to apply online for your registration with the DMV in 48 hours.

If you need to have your suspension or deferment cleared the same day as your payment or hearing, you should go to a Department of Finance Business Center.
Make sure to ask for a Registration Clearance after the outstanding judgments are paid or dismissed at the hearing. Getting a Registration Clearance is not an automatic process; you must ask for one.
After you get the document, bring it with you to the DMV so you can renew your registration.

If you have paid your parking or camera violation judgment debt, you can request the Registration Clearance document by mail.
Before requesting the clearance, make sure that you have paid all of your judgment debt on all vehicles you own.
If your commercial vehicle registration has been deferred or suspended, and you have 10 or more parking or camera violations, you should go to the Department of Finance Commercial Adjudications Unit for an in-person hearing.
