The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) does not accept complaints about an individual or business operating out of a private residence, including parking cars for sale or repair on residential streets.
You can submit a written complaint to the State about a business that sells new cars. Before filing a complaint, you should attempt to settle the matter directly with the car dealer.
