You can report a vehicle abandoned on public property.
Public property includes:
Common driveways are not considered public property.
How the report is handled depends on whether or not the vehicle still has license plates.
You can ask the Department of Sanitation (DSNY) to remove a vehicle without license plates that was abandoned by someone else on your private property.
In order to request removal, you must:
Vehicles owned by the property owner are not eligible for this service.

You can request the removal of an abandoned vehicle from an empty lot.

You can report an abandoned boat on a public street or sidewalk to the Department of Sanitation (DSNY).
DSNY will not remove abandoned boats from private property.
