To be eligible for a standard parking ticket payment plan, you must:
The DOF Collection Unit's staff will review your request and documents to determine if you're eligible for a payment plan. If you're eligible, they will discuss payment terms with you and give instructions on how the plan works and how much and how often you must pay.

How to Apply
You can apply for a Standard Payment Agreement online or by phone.

To apply complete the Standard Payment Agreement Enrollment Form. The form can be uploaded through the DOF customer service portal.

Moderate-income Payment Plans
Moderate-income payment plans are available for motorists with adjusted gross income below $58,399.
The moderate-income payment plans require a minimum down payment of 15% of the judgment debt amount owed. The plan may last as long as 36 months.
Hardship Payment Plans
Hardship payment plans are available to individuals who:
Hardship plans also are available to small businesses that have suffered economic losses and not-for profit organizations that have a 501(c)(3) designation from the Internal Revenue Service.
The hardship payment plan requires a minimum down payment of 5% of the judgment amount debt owed. The plan may last as long as 48 months.

If you want to apply for a moderate-income or hardship payment plan, you must submit an application and supporting documentation that must be reviewed and approved by DOFs Collections Division.

Low-balance payments plans are available for judgment debt under $350. You may enroll in this plan as long as your judgment debt does not exceed $350.
Under this plan, you must make a minimum payment of 50%. You will then have up to 60 days to pay the remaining balance.

If your vehicle has been towed and you need a payment plan, visit a DOF Business Center. No appointment is necessary, however you can schedule an appointment to ensure social distancing at the centers.
If your vehicle hasn't been towed and you need help setting up a payment plan or making a payment on your plan, you can get help at a DOF Business Center or contact DOF online, by mail, or by phone.
