Your business can save time and money on parking ticket fines by enrolling in the Stipulated Fine Program or the Commercial Abatement Program. It’s free to sign up and to add or remove vehicles to your account.
When you enroll your company vehicles, you waive your right to fight certain parking violations in exchange for paying a set reduced fine. The amount of your reduced fine depends on the parking violation.

When you enroll in a reduced fine program, you be enrolled automatically in the Fleet Program if it isn’t already and get weekly reports of parking violations issued to your company vehicles by email or mail.
Eligibility
Your company may qualify for a reduced fine program if your vehicles make quick pickups or deliveries of things like flowers, linens, or food.
When you apply, you’ll be asked to describe your company's pickups, deliveries, or service calls. The Department of Finance will use this information to decide whether you are eligible for either the Stipulated Fine Program or the Commercial Abatement Program.
