Paycheck Plus is a program sponsored by the Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity.
Participants in the program were eligible to get up to $2,000 after they filed their taxes in 2015, 2016, and 2017. The bonus was only offered to people who had been randomly assigned to the Paycheck Plus group when they enrolled. The program isn't accepting new participants.
